We aim to dispatch every order within 1–2 business days. During sale periods, please allow 3–5 business days for dispatch. Thank you for your patience.

Australia

Complimentary standard shipping on orders over $200 AUD.

  • Standard (Australia Post): $10.00 AUD (5+ business days)
  • Express (Australia Post): $15.00 AUD (2–3 business days)

Our warehouse is based in Queensland, so next-day express delivery can’t be guaranteed for all locations.

New Zealand

Complimentary standard shipping on orders over $250 AUD.

  • Standard: $15.00 AUD (5+ business days)
  • Express: $25.00 AUD (4 business days)

United States

Complimentary express shipping on orders over $400 AUD.

  • DHL Express: $35.00 AUD (3–5 business days)

Import duties and taxes for US orders are calculated and collected at checkout, so you won’t pay anything more on delivery. Customs authorities set these charges based on the destination, and they’re outside our control. DHL Express is currently our only shipping option to the US.

United Kingdom

  • Standard: $25.00 AUD (14+ business days)
  • Express: $35.00 AUD (10+ business days)

Rest of the World

  • Standard: $25.00 AUD (14+ business days)
  • DHL Express: $50.00 AUD (6+ business days)

Some pieces carry weight-based shipping rates. Any extra cost will appear at checkout.

Pre-Orders

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock pieces, we’ll dispatch everything together once the full order is ready. If you’d like your in-stock pieces sooner, place them as a separate order, or email us at contact@solsticeresort.com.au to request split shipping.

Pre-order pieces are dispatched within 2–3 business days of arriving at our warehouse. Pre-order timeframes are estimates and may change.

Duties & Taxes

Outside of the US, duties and taxes aren’t included in the shipping price and are payable by the customer on delivery. Charges vary by country and can change without notice, so please contact your local customs office for details.

If a delivery is refused because of customs fees, a $70 AUD return fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit to cover return shipping and associated costs.

Delivery

Once your parcel is with the postal service or courier, Solstice is no longer responsible for delays or for parcels that are lost, missing or stolen. If there’s a problem with your delivery, please contact your local postal service directly.

For peace of mind, we recommend requesting a signature on delivery. In Australia, you can also use a free Australia Post Parcel Locker.

DHL Surcharges

DHL Express may charge an extra fee for deliveries to remote areas. If this applies to your order, we’ll email you before your order is processed.
